Payment Methods

Important billing notice:

Purchases made through this store may appear as WESTERN BID on your PayPal account, bank statement, or credit card statement, as Western Bid, Inc. acts as the Merchant of Record for payments processed through this store.

Currency

All transactions are processed in USD. If your bank uses a different currency, the final amount charged may vary due to exchange rates or bank fees applied by your financial institution.

Payment Security

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and order details. If anything looks incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@heartenforyou.com.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Sales tax may be calculated at checkout where applicable. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 10 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds and Returns

Eligible non personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

Personalized, custom engraved, custom text, and other made to order items are non returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@heartenforyou.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Package Protection

Package Protection may be offered at checkout as an optional add on. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, Package Protection may cover a single replacement, not a refund, when it was added to the order at checkout.

Claim window: earliest 2 business days after the order is marked delivered, and latest 15 days from the delivered date.
