At HEARTEN, we take great pride in creating made to order products that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Because many of our items are personalized, our return policy differs from standard retail return policies. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible non personalized items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return.

These include:

  • personalized items
  • custom engraved items
  • custom text items
  • special order items
  • gift cards

Personalized or custom items may only be eligible for a replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have once your return is accepted, and then place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

However, this right may not apply to personalized, custom made, or made to order items where exclusions are permitted under applicable law.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
